Natalie

This is what I do.

Natalie grew up in what she likes to call the O.C. (Which stands for Orem City, and not the better-known Orange County in So Cal.) Natalie is also the youngest, but in a family of five kids. She thinks all of her siblings are the greatest and looks up to each one of them. Oh, and she has pretty awesome parents, too, that taught her to always try her hardest, to be kind and loving, and to look for the best in others.

Natalie grew up loving to tag-along with her siblings, loving to swim, and racing her bike with the neighbors in the cul-de-sac across the street. She grew up attending the local elementary school and nearby junior high. When she got to high school she still loved to swim, absolutely lived to drive her car around after school, was a part of student council, and babysat her heart out.

Natalie liked to work as a teenager and started babysitting when she was 12. She loved swimming so much that she turned it into a pretty sweet summer gig as a life guard at the local city pool, and later at the much-coveted country club. Her older sisters even talked her into applying to the fun kid’s store Gymboree so she could get the employee discount. After graduating high school, she went to Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. She totally loved the late nights hanging with her roomies and neighbors, and pretty much functioned on Diet Coke and the french fries from Burger’s Supreme just down the street. Natalie met Kevin at the end of her sophomore year, and is still working on finishing her degree through BYU’s online route called Independent Study.

In the words of Kevin, “Natalie is the most fun, hard-working, and thoughtful person you could dream up. She’s unwavering in living her values and will always do the right thing. She’s my North Star. And it doesn’t hurt that she’s also a serious hottie.” Natalie is part Liz Lemon (30 Rock), part Ben Wyatt (Parks & Rec), and part Vanessa Baxter (Last Man Standing). All three of those fictional characters are pretty nerdy and love puns just like Natalie. Oh, and just like Liz Lemon, Natalie dreams in food.
